Okay, let's see. I have consumed the pills for about three days now, so I am not seeing any apparent weight loss, which I think is normal because if I start to see a kg off a day, I would be super worried about my body. Some visible effects I have see:

Bowel regularity definitely improve but I wouldn't go into too much details here lol but I feel less bloated also. The pills have to be consumed before a meal, and there were times where my stomach feel like exploding even though it was my normal meal proportions, so there is a definite increase in satiety. My small tummy is not very visible, but it looks like it has shrink a little too.  Ok that's about it, obviously I cannot tell what's in my gut flora.
