This is official, I have stepped into the feared '25 years old' i.e. the age where our collagen supposedly start to breakdown.

Obviously I cannot take out a microscope and watch my collagen breakdown in real time, so all I can do is to consume stuff that will slowdown the breakdown. 

I was given a box of Mygen Life to try out and was lucky enough to get 'Beauty Collagen' the series which has the highest concentration of collagen (12,000mg) woots! What a way to put my worries at ease :P

Of course I cannot tell you the effect after 6 bottles.

Just like any supplements, effects can only been seen over an extended period of time. 

So I will just mention how the drink taste like. Because there are so many collagen drinks available on the market, it is important that you find one that suits your taste. 

I drank this without looking at the ingredient list and was pleasantly surprised by the berry flavour. 

Initially,  I thought I wouldn't like it since because I saw the word 'Nectar' and I thought it would be super sweet. 

Fortunately this was not the case.

It wasn't overly-sweet nor sour unlike some other brands of collagen drinks I have tried.

Also, I liked it better when it is chilled :D
