Holika Holika Peel Peel~
I have a couple of freebies lying around, so why not use this chance to do a review right?
Introducing Holika Holika Apple Shine Peeling Sheet
I had doubts about this product because people who previously reviewed this, didn't have anything good comments about it.
Like them, I initially thought it was a mask as well.
clearly, the word 'sheet' misled me.
It is basically a scrub/exfoliator for the lazy people.
The erm.. I really don't know what to call this thing..
Anyway, so you put your fingers through this and wipe your face
It has 2 sides so you can wipe pretty throughly.
The green things is an indication that this is an apple flavoured product I supposed.
You wouldn't be able to see any dead skin cells like what you normally would with other exfoliator products, I guess that's why people thought it was ineffective.
Not to mention, the pad came out easily too. So maybe try not to be too violent when you are using this. Although, now it means you can use two hands to clean your face.
The small 'beads' are capable of capturing tiny dirty parts on your face as well!
So initially I thought everyone else were right, that the apple thingy was useless.
I also have this peeling jam from Holika Holika and from the reviews I have read, it is supposed to act like those normal exfoliator where you will get to see your dead skin cells after using. So I used this after the apple thingy to clean my face properly.
I didn't see any, surprisingly.
Either
a) I have no dead skin cells OR
b) THE APPLE THINGY WORKED!!
a) is not humanly possible, so I guess it is b)
heyyyy that's not too bad after all!
The jam comes in a tub, which I am really unhappy about, because there's no spoon given!!
It's not a good product for girls with long nails honestly.
Anyway, if you are keen to purchase the products you can get them on Qoo10 here:
