Yes Koreans do celebrate this day too as it also marks the first day of the Korean calendar, lunar calendar or 설날.

Anyway I digress.

This year marks the year of snake and I plan to eat as many snakes as possible lol. 

Goodbye my dear dragon year, it's been a great fun year despite what fortune tellers said.

CNY is a festival that celebrates togetherness and we had our first reunion dinner at my uncle's place!
