This is yet another product I have received from Vita Green
Remember? The first one was my favourite Lingzhi!!

So this time round it is...
Vita Yin Yang

Yeap you can't tell much from the name, but basically it contains cordyceps and like Lingzhi, it has many different functions including:

  • help the kidneys to retain useful nutrients
  • excrete harmful substances and alleviate excretory problems
  • relieve symptoms of weak kidneys such as tiredness.
  • Improved lung functions include relief from coughing and breathing discomforts and improved inhalation and exhalation.
Once again let us turn to scientific journals for more proof ok?

you see!! it has many functions right~

So at first when I got the product I was quite excited. Remember we had the haze before hitting a PSI of 400? I was quite worried about my lungs despite having N95 mask during the height of the haze. So Vita Yin Yang came in time to help soothe my concerns.

As a personal experience, I have ran faster after consuming Vita Yin Yang. So all along I was clocking 15-16mins for 2.4-2.6km but after consumption I clocked 14mins leh! Unfortunately, I didn't consume long enough to see if this is actually true, but I will continue eating it and track my running progress!

Cordyceps is a highly treasured product, I was surprised to hear that it actually cost more than Lingzhi. My TCM friend was saying that it cost over 10k for 500g of it o.0 ?! So if you are unable to afford the hefty price tag why not try Vita Yin Yang, it cost only $109 at Guardian. What's more there's a promo price of $99 now :D

Lastly lastly, I ought to remind you that TCM is not some miracle pill. All effects do take time, and it will take even more time if you have a weak constitution. Ok! That's it, I hope you will enjoy Vita Green products as much as I did.
